Word Wars Mode: Team and HP Strategy Guide

Word Wars is the most exciting mode in Name City Animal. Players split into 2-5 teams, each with HP, and there is no round limit — the game runs until one team is left standing.

How Damage Works

Team scores are summed each round. The top team wins and takes no damage; every other team loses HP equal to the gap to the winner. A team at zero HP is eliminated.

Core Strategies

1. Build a balanced team so different members cover geography, nature and hard letters.
2. Keep the gap small even in rounds you lose — second place loses far less HP than last.
3. Eliminated players still vote, so vote strategically to influence surviving teams.
4. Set starting HP to match your group: high HP for long matches, low HP for fast duels.
